About the role
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of startup activities
- Solve complex problems that pose risk to project delivery
- Lead change initiatives with clear communication plans
- Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, HR, Regulatory, Sales, and other departments
- Influence senior leaders and peers for decision making
- Establish and implement best practices for operational excellence
- Build and lead high-performing startup teams
- Define KPIs and success metrics for startup milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or a related field
- 7+ years in Supply Chain Operations
- 3+ years of direct leadership experience
- Deep understanding of healthcare-related distribution and transportation processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment
