About the role
- Collaborate to gather business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into detailed project requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Utilize background in Agile methodologies and Agile project management practices to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize work effectively
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to key stakeholders including Senior leadership, Operations Managers, IT leadership, and Business owners
- Manage the development and execution of a change management plan for project rollout and any associated training
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, Identify root causes and guide the team towards most effective solutions throughout project lifecycle
- Capability to interpret data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure effectiveness of projects
- Provide ongoing support to users after project go-live
Requirements
- 6+ years in relevant industry (technology, product, business strategy, or program management)
- Experience working with Executive Stakeholders and leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals and objectives
- Experience supporting and influencing strategic planning, OKR setting, and executing strategic initiatives
- Experience with one or more scaled agile frameworks and familiarity with multiple scaled agile approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including program planning, risk management, governance, and resource allocation
- Proficiency with Jira and the Atlassian product suite, as well as other project management software and the Google suite
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with complex technical projects and driving successful outcomes in fast-paced environments
- High level of self-motivation and comfort in ambiguous environments
- Experience in e-Commerce, as well as Fulfillment, Compliance, or Payments projects preferred.
