Implementation Specialist

• Manage the transition of new business into MedImpact effectively, accurately, and timely
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams, more than 30 business units, customers, and consultants
• Deliver successful implementation projects and establish the foundation for ongoing business relationships and additional revenue
• Ensure project deliverables comply with client service agreements and service levels
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and status updates
• Lead implementation documentation, reviews, customer sign-off, site visits, and conference calls
• Facilitate conflict management and resolution with internal and external partners

• Interviews end-users/customers to define business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements
• Translates business requirements by reviewing, analyzing and evaluating needs into functional specifications
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications
• Facilitates design sessions with the business and technical resources to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the business
• Defines and documents requirements business rules to assist in the development of software specifications to include system requirements, flow charts, report mock-ups, and business rules

• Define and execute enterprise network, payer, contracting, underwriting, and operational strategies across the PBM business.
