Data Engineer

• Orchestrates and leads several functional areas within the data platform under Technology Services

Business Analyst

• Uses statistical analysis and other data analysis methods to work with leadership team to support internal and external clients.
• Assists with implementations by extracting, analyzing and reconciling MedImpact’s data to previous vendor’s data, and researches any discrepancies identified.
• Presents results to internal and external stakeholders, with possible solutions.
• Sets up and documents parameters for standard reporting packages in accordance with defined reporting protocols and enterprise standards.
• Creates ad hoc reports utilizing database and software applications.
• Gathers requirements for new report and system development, resolves ambiguities and conflicts, ensures requirements are complete, and communicates progress to internal and external customers as necessary.

Business Analyst III

Sales

• Lead all aspects of territory management of the assigned territory
• Work with brokers, consultants, prospective clients and related sales & marketing initiatives
• Develop solid business relationships with prospects
• Execute strategies and sales tactics in areas like territory planning
• Maintain a detailed prospect CRM database by qualifying leads
• Organize and conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations
• Foster ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with national and regional consultants

Sales Director – Self-Insured

• Uses statistical analysis and other data analysis methods to work with leadership team to support internal and external clients

• Adheres to strict procedural and quality standards, including thorough & accurate documentation and validation protocols

Business Analyst IV

Events

• Analyzes and reconciles PDE entries rejected by CMS, including adjustments related to eligibility, TrOOP, cost sharing, gap discounts and LICS status.
• Identifies gaps in the benefit and formulary design structure and ensures prompt resolution of all setup issues that impact claims adjudication.
• Identifies trends and markers of problematic claims data and conducts root cause analysis.
• Defines and documents requirements for technical specifications, data requirements, and procedures for analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
• Maintains current understanding of customers' Medicare Part D coverage and benefit plans for accurate data preparation.

Prescription Drug Event Analyst II

Operations

• Responsible for all drug rebate activities, both financial and operational
• Processing of quarterly rebate invoices
• Preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly rebate reports
• Working through dispute resolution process with manufacturers
• Analyzes disputed data and works with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes

Rebate Operations Analyst

Consultant

• Develops, writes, and edits proposal responses of minimal to moderate complexity
• Analyze each RFP and RFI assigned
• Complete each RFP and RFI assigned: review and interpret key proposal requirements and identify issues or concerns that need resolution prior to submission of response
• Manage internal communication related to each project (e.g., host proposal kick-off call, maintain files on SharePoint, clear communication with internal stakeholders, etc.)
• Utilize proposal database and proposal department processes to respond to RFPs and RFIs
• Work with proposal management to implement edits and ensure responses are accurate
• Interface and coordinate with underwriting to support completion of MedImpact pricing within the proposal files and RFP questions
• Proofread and perform quality assurance checks on all documents to ensure proposals are properly completed, packaged, and submitted in a timely manner
• Complete multiple, similar projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
