About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the sales organization by coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end sales process
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data integrity, including account updates, opportunity stages, and forecasting accuracy
  • Monitor pipeline health and identify stalled deals or process bottlenecks
  • Monitor KPIs such as win/loss trends, pipeline velocity, and quoting turnaround times, and provide summaries to leadership
  • Analyze territory performance, market segmentation, and pipeline potential
  • Build dashboards and KPI reports around revenue trends, sales performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Support the creation and refinement of sales process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce administrative friction for sales
  • Provide event planning support for sales team members
  • Manage internal sales calendar and support project management for sales initiatives
  • Mentor and support onboarding of new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years' of SME in respective areas
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software a plus
