About the role
- Overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process across all development teams
- Ensuring that teams are building products which address intricate business needs
- Systematically gathering insights and tracking performance metrics
- Supporting accurate capacity planning, reliable Level of Effort (LOE) assessments, and on-time delivery of high-quality products
- Collaborating closely with management to monitor and report delivery metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of software management experience
- Demonstrated organizational, project leadership, decision-making, human relations, and communications skills
- Strong experience in product/application development
- Strong knowledge of SDLC Methodology – Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
