About the role
- Manage and grow relationships with our core affiliate partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring excellent communication and trust
- Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial terms with partners
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide recommendations to maximize revenue
- Identify opportunities to expand cooperation and unlock growth within existing partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics) to drive partner success
- Stay on top of affiliate, PPC, and organic marketing trends to bring fresh ideas into play
- Prepare performance reports and insights for senior management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate account management, client relations, or partnership development
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-value partner portfolios
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling commercial discussions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, organic growth) is a strong advantage
- Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
