About the role
- Conduct virtual Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and consultations for military veterans and RCMP members experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, and chronic pain.
- Assess eligibility for medical cannabis and provide trauma-informed mental health evaluations.
Requirements
- Licensure required: Candidates must be licensed to practice in either Quebec or Nova Scotia.
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience working with members of the military community preferred
- Background in trauma-related mental health (PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc.)
- Experience writing IMEs is an asset but not required
