About the role
- Provides corporate cards sales and service to BMO customers or prospects
- Advises customers on corporate card strategies and products
- Fulfills sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures
- Handles customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner
- Manages all transactional outcomes of customer calls
- Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of BMO credit card products
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings
- Basic specialized knowledge
- Verbal & written communication skills

- Bilingual in French and English
