About the role
- Join CIBC’s Chat & Social Media Contact Centre team as a Bilingual Chat Specialist
- Ensure an optimal client experience when using online and mobile banking channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, guidance, and troubleshooting
- Manage up to two real-time chats simultaneously to help clients address and resolve concerns
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Previous experience in client service or call center environment is an asset
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
