About the role
- Support Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division by providing top-notch customer service.
- Handle policyholder and claimant calls through telephony system.
- Manage email communications and assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and managers to address customer needs and ensure timely communication.
- Document claims files with notes and action items.
- Perform administrative tasks and follow established procedures for authorized communication, cycle times and target expectations.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer interactions ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of phone experience.
- 1 year of insurance customer service experience.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Good problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to adapt to change and proactively recognize process improvement opportunities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus.
