About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis during high-demand periods (month/quarter/year-end).
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data and maintain proactive tax reporting and compliance.
- Manage Sales team account lists, ensuring a clean CRM that feeds into an efficient outbound sales motion.
- Develop and execute strategies to streamline sales cycles.
- Provide support in various People Ops tasks including annual company-wide event planning, ongoing recruiting efforts, and resource development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of People Ops policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the People Ops team to address employee inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 Years of experience in consulting, public accounting, business operations, sales enablement, and/or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 of US GAAP, financial statement generation, and reporting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle variable workloads.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Experience with tools including accounting ERP, sales enablement and intelligence, or HRIS platforms a plus
- Ability to identify challenges and develop/find solutions.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
