About the role
- Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed documentation of as-is and to-be processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design and develop process maps, workflows, and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on newly implemented processes
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of improved processes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business process consulting
- Strong knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio or Miro
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
