Set strategic direction, define roadmap, and provide day-to-day operational oversight for the systems used by the Business Ops, Finance, and Accounting organizations.
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the IT business systems team and manage a team of business analysts.
Liaise with functional leaders to drive success of business outcomes, streamline operations, and identify improvement areas.
Lead cross-functional meetings, pinpointing process and system bottlenecks, and providing feasible solutions to resolve issues and transform the business.
Evaluate, select, and lead the implementation of new technologies in the CFO organization.
Evaluate and improve system performance, utilization, and scalability.
Proactively identify and recommend ways to improve quality and optimize processes for the organization within our business systems.
Enable the delivery of consistent and reliable data and reporting.
Maintain Salesforce and Epicor ERP system entity structure as well as integrated processes and systems.
Be engaged in the oversight of issue resolution for business and finance systems.
Partner with the IT organization to resolve issues and deliver projects that impact the business ops, finance, and accounting organizations.
Partner with the SOX Compliance team to implement compensating/mitigating controls for high-risk areas.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive operations knowledge.
5+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, a related discipline, or significant direct work experience in these areas.
Experience with project managing/implementing software.
Experience with business intelligence.
Proficient in the use and configuration of Salesforce.com.
Operating knowledge of ERP programs and configuration (preferred).
Experience with multinational corporations.
Experience with self-service ETL/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
