Breakdown the projects at hand appropriately into individual tasks and ensure task delegation is thorough without constant guidance
Partner with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and EPD to gather insights and support business initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions. Build consensus and resolve conflicts between different stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within various departments.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning and identify new opportunities for the company.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions and drive initiatives aligned with company goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field, with a focus on analytical roles in a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members, with a focus on fostering collaboration and high performance.
Proven ability to identify problems and develop creative, data-driven solutions.
Highly motivated and independent self starter, who can navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast paced environments
