About the role
- Deal directly with clients’ queries over chat system and email; respond within 24 hours
- Resolve misunderstandings and handle difficult clients politely and professionally
- Direct unresolved issues to designated people/departments and coordinate responses
- Promote the company’s products and services via chat and e-mail
- Provide feedback on product and service development based on client interactions
- Keep up to date with promotions and products offered by the company
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all instances
- Complete service-related tasks as requested by the manager
- Review clients’ documents in the KYC system and reply to account verification emails
- Request relevant documents from clients when missing
- Follow and keep up to date with new internal procedures
- Cooperate within the team and with other departments to provide high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Experience in customer care or any other relevant field
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer care skills
- Excellent client handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Business acumen
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Hard working and able to cope under pressure
- Excellent computer literacy
- Willingness to do morning, afternoon and night shifts on a weekly basis
