Manager

• This is a player-coach role where the Manager, Technical Release will be responsible for both demonstrating and developing team core competencies with the mission of developing a strong team to deploy May Mobility software stack at scale in a safe, reliable, and quality manner.
• Take initiative to understand every aspect of the May vehicle architecture - hardware, software, networking, configurations - all of it.
• Troubleshoot and support solutions to challenging field issues.
• Collaborate and lead system-wide improvements when working with other teams throughout May. Use your team's influence and gain support from other departments to meet May’s objective of scalable quality and deployment.

• Set and manage Release metrics and KPIs alongside OKR progress set at the company level. Such as release performance and output, velocity to create and deploy with internal processes as well as rollout to sites - including 3rd party operations and globally.
• Provide strategy and execution to remove blockers from fast, reliable, and quality autonomy releases - including topics such as scaling the deployments of 1000’s of vehicles per site.
• Escalate critical issues and opportunities within the autonomy team to engineering leadership, making clear recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of the team and release with respect to company priorities.

Senior Manager, Autonomy Technical Release

Product Manager

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical domains within our autonomous mobility stack. This role is responsible for translating user and business needs into a clear technical strategy for specific, high-impact areas (e.g., perception, prediction, or motion planning).
• Actively gather stakeholder needs and distill them into robust technical product requirements. You will develop clear and comprehensive product artifacts that serve as the single source of truth for our engineering teams. The ability to write a well-defined functional specification for complex behaviors is crucial.
• Synthesize technical and analytical insights to inform and prioritize the product roadmap. This includes working with engineering to understand technical dependencies, system performance, and the feasibility of new features. You will use data from vehicle logs, system metrics, and simulation results to validate assumptions and guide long-term, strategic decisions.
• Build a tight feedback loop with internal engineers, operations teams, and external partners. This includes not only gathering feature requests but also deeply understanding the system architecture, performance bottlenecks, and constraints that influence our product capabilities.
• Use data, product telemetry, and a deep understanding of our system to measure success and make data-informed recommendations. You will be able to debate technical tradeoffs with engineers and articulate the product implications of technical decisions.
• Lead from the front within the product organization, taking a direct role in mentoring more junior PMs on the technical aspects of autonomous systems and the product-engineering partnership.

Lead Product Manager

Accounts Payable

• Manage all treasury-related activities with oversight of treasury compliance processes aligned with internal policies.
• Make recommendations to management on various treasury-related decisions and escalate matters for attention.
• Facilitate treasury-related system implementations, new bank relationship initiations, and other activities to leverage efficiencies in treasury and accounts payable.
• Manage and lead Accounts Payable Analyst(s).

Autonomy Engineer – Perception Optimization

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for all business units.
• Partner with the accounting team on aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including managing expense accruals, management reporting, and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Update the forecast on a rolling basis including inputs for headcount spend, non-headcount spend, and capital expenses. Collaborate with business partners to ensure that the forecast is accurate, precise and achievable.
• Analyze financial and operational results to understand and report on KPIs, variance to forecast, variance to budget, and underlying causes for business performance.
