Account Executive

• For each client, develop and implement an effective business plan
• Identify formal and informal decision makers; create a plan that meets the product, clinical, service, and financial needs of the client
• The Strategic Account Executive must have the ability to operate independently and demonstrate good judgement in client interactions.
• Develop effective presentations, proposals, and communications
• Demonstrate an understanding of multiple facets of PBM business including contracting and underwriting
• Understand and stay current with the health plan industry, specifically pharmacy benefit management
• Focus on the customer and market
• Translate marketplace information into the client’s language and context
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, creating value after fully researching customer
• Act as the owner of the client relationship, accountable for ultimate client satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and execute strategic solutions in conjunction with internal partners
• Actively engage in the development of new opportunities for partnerships
• Participate in the bid/renewal process, preparation, and presentation for current and prospective clients
• Make sound business decisions/recommendations based upon an appropriate balance of thoughtful analysis of facts, experience, intuition, and the implications of that decision for the client
• Work well with other team members by creating positive team dynamic—leveraging team talent and expertise appropriately by delegating tasks and projects.

Strategic Account Executive

Advocate

• Field complex inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy.
• Efficiently and creatively resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Maintain deep job and service knowledge to confidently and accurately educate and serve members according to VytlOne standards.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics to include, but not limited to: QA Scores Member Satisfaction Survey Scores Average Handle Time (AHT) Schedule Adherence Attendance Standards.
• Remain flexible and composed while navigating different member personalities, unpredictable call volumes, and changing procedures.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM and AI tools, contributing valuable data for process improvement.
• Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and issues, providing insights to management to streamline processes and enhance the member experience.
• Partner with AI-powered tools to access real-time information, generate call summaries, and personalize member interactions.
• Maintain an open line of communication with all team members, including Member Services Management, and Lead Member Advocate.
• Attend and participate in programs and meetings required by VytlOne and/or Member Services Department.
• Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Member Advocate - PBM

Pharmacist

• Develop business, industry, competitive, client, and technical knowledge to formulate pricing strategy, and to execute financial modeling of comprehensive pricing strategies
• Consult with internal leaders and departments to coordinate relevant cross functional activities in support of network performance management efforts to maximize the organization’s competitive position
• Support GHP NetOptimizer consulting opportunities related to MAC / Network pricing including, but not limited to: generating financial models to reprice claims and calculate MAC pricing network lease opportunities data blending with reporting outcomes / compliance provide insights on proposals assist in implementation strategies
• Evaluate, track, and monitor pharmacy contracted network pricing terms and provide recommendations on pharmacy contract terms
• Execute and implement dynamic pricing strategies in response to market fluctuations to provide competitive, profitable, and best of class pricing offers
• Provide MAC Management support as needed including but not limited to, Pharmacy / Client Custom MAC evaluation and strategic recommendations to adhere to any applicable contracted Pharmacy GER reconciliation
• Develop and maintain ongoing analytics and processes for Brand Effective Management
• Manage client contract network guarantees to ensure accuracy and eliminate liability payments to clients
• Support additional consulting efforts where clients require custom pricing/network management
• Collaborate with the Underwriting team to provide recommendations on pricing / networks offerings and negotiation strategy to achieve revenue, profitability targets, and margin retention, for new and existing customers

• Manage supporting analysts in all tasks aforementioned and provide continuous training where needed

Senior Director, Pharmacy Analytics and Strategy

DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, QA, training, and production environments
• Standardize and optimize deployment processes for consistent, reliable, and scalable delivery
• Administer and support Azure DevOps pipelines, including repositories, agent pools, environments, and service connections
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and reusable automation solutions for environment setup and application delivery
• Configure and support cloud and on-premises environments to ensure performance, stability, and alignment with business needs
• Drive adoption of automated testing, validation checks, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment issues and perform root cause analysis

DevOps Engineer II

Customer Success Manager

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the Client Services division to increase compliance, efficiency, and quality assurance.
• Identify, map, analyze, and redesign operational workflows; document current and future state processes with clear standards and controls.
• Continuously monitor existing processes for opportunities to reduce friction, standardize practices, and improve team performance.
• Maintain a complete and current library of process documentation for Client Services operations.
• Gather requirements, build project timelines, assign accountability, and drive completion of internal improvement initiatives.
• Lead high-priority, one-time client-facing projects in coordination with the Client Services team

• Own the profitable renewal of assigned clients including strategy development, internal resource coordination, and external negotiation with plan sponsors and benefits consultants.
• Lead Annual Client Plans for each account: setting goals, identifying risk, documenting strategy, and driving execution.
• Proactively identify and address client retention risk; escalate high-risk situations with recommended action plans.
• Build and maintain trusted peer-level relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokers supporting the book.
• Monitor and manage book-level profitability, ensuring alignment with assigned thresholds and financial targets.
• Develop with assigned SAEs, annual pharmacy benefit performance analyses and strategic recommendations for each client.
• Directly supervise SAEs and AEs; set clear expectations, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
