About the role

  • Responsible for driving specifications for Xerxes Water by identifying new business opportunities
  • Foster long-term relationships with specifying engineers
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives
  • Generate new business opportunities through daily calls with local engineering firms
  • Support the sales team in the successful sale of Xerxes Water products
  • Prepare and execute on a territory growth plan
  • Participate in monitoring market trends and competition

Requirements

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous related experience, preferably 5 to 7 years
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Proven sales record and solid technical background
  • Strategy and business planning skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Expected US travel: > 50%
  • Expected Canada travel 1 – 2 times a year
