About the role
- Responsible for driving specifications for Xerxes Water by identifying new business opportunities
- Foster long-term relationships with specifying engineers
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives
- Generate new business opportunities through daily calls with local engineering firms
- Support the sales team in the successful sale of Xerxes Water products
- Prepare and execute on a territory growth plan
- Participate in monitoring market trends and competition
Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous related experience, preferably 5 to 7 years
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Proven sales record and solid technical background
- Strategy and business planning skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Expected US travel: > 50%
- Expected Canada travel 1 – 2 times a year
- Business Travel: Frequent overnight travel required
- Educational training provided
