About the role
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, particularly of the foundation and corporate giving markets.
- Support organizational adoption of CRM system and processes (e.g., Salesforce).
- Develop and lead trainings for staff at all levels of the organization on systems, tools, and reporting best practices.
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze data including developing and distributing custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of business systems and processes.
Requirements
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong background in foundation/corporate engagement and business development.
- Proven experience helping organizations successfully adopt CRM practices (Salesforce preferred).
- Training and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Market analysis expertise, ideally with foundation and corporate giving experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills, particularly related to leading trainings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
