Learning and Development

• Provide technical and overall leadership to the project team, ensuring that the project meets it training objectives, creates long-lasting community engagement that continues to improve aerospace workforce systems, and promotes the client’s thought leadership goals.
• Oversee the technical quality of project implementation.
• Oversee all operational functions, including management and staffing, subawards, and deliverables, in compliance with FHI 360 policies and procedures.
• Establish work plans, processes, and policies to meet project goals within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters, and ensure compliance with GE Aerospace, FHI 360 and project policies.
• In collaboration with Project finance experts and the Director of Programs, review and revise the project budget, and ensure that funds are expended prudently and within budget parameters.
• In collaboration with the project Labor Market Economist and other experts, assess and analyze workforce development challenges in target communities to inform grant development and partner selection.
• In collaboration with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) team, develop and oversee the implementation of a MERL plan for the project, ensuring that it supports project goals and generates meaningful knowledge.
• In collaboration with Project communications experts, GE Aerospace, and the Director of Programs, develop and oversee the implementation of a communications plan for the project, and ensure its alignment with FHI 360’s portfolio of GE Aerospace funded projects.
• Lead a cross-departmental team of 12-14 staff working full- or part-time on this project, as well as consultants in targeted communities.
• Support the Director of Programs in liaising with, delivering reports to, and providing as-needed communications to the Project Funder, the GE Aerospace Foundation.
• Identify, build, and support partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop community plans with private sector companies, community colleges and other technical and vocational education and training institutions, and local government sector actors that enhance resources and ownership to reach shared goals.
• Foster a culture of learning, excellence, teamwork, and accountability; promote and maintain a safe and equitable work environment for all staff.

Project Director – Workforce Development

Senior Director, Global Communications

General Counsel

• Serve as the legal liaison to organizational units and senior executives on legal, administrative and management issues.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to a range of staff members, including members of the Executive Team.
• Manage outside counsel, track relevant legal developments, formulate courses of action, draft correspondence and/or policies and procedures to resolve legal issues.
• Interact with funding, government, and regulatory agencies to represent the interests of the organization.

Associate General Counsel

Director

• Directs the activities of the Cost & Pricing department and has full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Cost & Pricing activity throughout the organization.
• Oversees the in-depth review of all assigned Request for Proposals (RFPs), establishing cost and pricing data for proposals, the development of proposal budgets and budget narratives in accordance with RFP requirements and donor compliance.
• Guides business development teams through the budgeting process, making sure that team members are educated on the design and structure of budgets.
• Establishes policy and procedures to ensure competitive bids are awarded.
• Provides Senior Management with strategic analyses of organizational pricing models, recommending and raising areas for improvement and/or growth.

Director, Cost and Pricing

• The Center Senior Director leads the Research Center within the Strategy and Resource Mobilization team.
• Drive the Research Center’s efforts to address global challenges, influence markets, and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Develop long-term operational plans vital for achieving impact in the designated Big Global Challenge (BGC) and organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with innovative teams to execute Center plans, amplify global influence, and foster strategic partnerships.

Senior Director, Research Center

• Accountable for the successful implementation of projects within HP, ensuring financial and programmatic targets are consistently met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Acts as the primary liaison with other organizational units, linking country/project teams to regional or global units/resources to ensure efficient program implementation in alignment with donor and corporate requirements.
• Provides direct line management for the regional portfolio management leads; provides direct line and dotted line management to Country Representatives, Chiefs of Party/Project Directors and/or Project Leads, as relevant.
• Works closely with global and bilateral project leadership to ensure that project management teams are implementing projects in alignment with approved workplans, technically compliant and within budget.

Senior Director, Program Portfolio

Business Development Rep

• Conduct market and competitive analysis, particularly of the foundation and corporate giving markets.
• Support organizational adoption of CRM system and processes (e.g., Salesforce).
• Develop and lead trainings for staff at all levels of the organization on systems, tools, and reporting best practices.
• Collect, manipulate, and analyze data including developing and distributing custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Business Development Analyst II

• Provides strategic leadership and technical expertise to FHI 360’s global Health Programs portfolio.
• Establishes and continually refines MNCH and nutrition technical frameworks, approaches, and tools.
• Leads evidence-based programming; ensures alignment with national and international health standards.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs aimed at improving maternal, child health, and nutritional outcomes.
• Works closely with FHI 360 global team, USG Department of State personnel, implementing partners, and Ministries of Health to ensure timely development of workplans and monitor all technical aspects of assigned MNCH and nutrition projects from initiation through delivery.
• Contributes to global thought leadership, supervises technical staff, and ensures that all technical activities meet donor, government, and FHI 360 requirements.

Technical Director, MNCH – Nutrition

Analyst

• Supports overall financial compliance and risk management.
• Provides oversight of audits initiated by funders and ensures accuracy.
• Quality assurance review of management responses.
• Supports statutory, labor, tax, money laundering audits required by host countries.
• Ensures all subrecipients qualifying for audits undergo such audits.
• Interacts with representatives of funders, governmental agencies, and external auditors.
• Recommends actions to limit risks.

Audit Analyst II

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Coordinate financial/accounting operations, including overall financial monitoring and support/guidance to finance and operations staff
• Provide financial management and guidance, conduct analyses of financial data, provide budget analyses for project funds, and review and prepare required reports to funding agencies to ensure compliance with donor requirements
• Strengthen internal controls, review bank and cash GFAS, daily financial data entry, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, track balance sheet accounts, maintain workbooks accounts

Finance Officer

Accountant

• Work in FHI 360’s MEEWA Hub, supporting francophone country offices and reporting to CFO office.
• Support all accounting functions including month end close processes, bank account reconciliations and cash management for projects within West Africa, Eastern Europe and Middle East.
• Support yearly audit of FHI 360 for MEEWA region and OHADA audit for West Africa francophone countries; serve as Audit POC for MEEWA Hub.
• Review procedures for country office month end processes, respond to inquiries, assist trainings, troubleshoot field accounting questions, advise and assist country offices with monthly close, labor allocation, bank account reconciliations.
• Serve as reviewer/approver for monthly reconciliations including bank reconciliations, cash requests.
• Monitor and analyze accounting team performances related to monthly close and develop more efficient procedures.
• Ensure country office accounting business practices are adequate, documented, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Regional Accountant

• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures in accordance with workplan; serve as the official approver for project expenditures.
• Manage financial aspects of sub-recipient monitoring, ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements, and address financial issues.

Finance Manager

• Maintain cashbooks and accounts records and ensure payments are allocated to the correct project and budget line
• Ensure that shared costs are allocated appropriately across projects
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of Health Extension Workers, volunteers and field transactions
• Confirm that payment related to field finance transactions have the necessary documentation as outlined in fhi360 procurement policies and procedures for all goods and services
• Ensure that all transactions are booked on daily basis into the cash book in accordance with guidelines
• Ensure that proper authorization has been obtained before any payment takes place
• Ensure that all vouchers are properly coded (project no., budget line and G/L account)

Finance Assistant

• Coordinate financial operations, including overall financial monitoring and support/guidance to country offices to ensure fiscal well-being of supported projects.
• Provide financial management and guidance, conduct analyses of financial data, provide budget analyses for project funds, and review and prepare required reports to the donor to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Provide high level analytical expertise, implement business strategies, and develop strong customer relationships.
• Create, review, and monitor multiple country program budgets with annual budgets from $1-20M.
