• Manages recruitment and hiring processes by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, administering background checks, and supporting recruitment strategies.
• Support intern program recruitment, scheduling, and coordination with educational partners.
• Maintains HR systems and employee records, and assists with HR projects, staff meetings, and internal communications.
• Leads employee discipline across all locations and responds to HR-related employee and management inquiries.
