About the role
- Lead and successfully deliver multiple research and insights engagements at a time.
- Act as a thought partner to our junior to senior-level clients, crafting insights and developing actionable and provocative recommendations, while maintaining trusted relationships.
- Unlock organic growth through fostering ongoing relationships and repeat clients.
- Specific research design and delivery responsibilities include methodology recommendations and engagement design, content and questionnaire development, managing project members through execution of data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Work with and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in support of executing the highest quality work.
- Translate data into learnings, integrated visual stories and comprehensive narratives that establish impactful and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of custom primary research experience (quantitative and mixed methods).
- Prior experience managing and leading others as a people manager is a plus.
- Strong analytic and storytelling skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
- Expertise in a range of research methodologies, including survey design, advanced analytics, and integration of quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior researchers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences including Senior level stakeholders.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn (learning mindset), openness to sharing, receiving, asking for, and applying feedback.
- Adaptability to new methodologies and technologies in the market.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
