• Lead and successfully deliver multiple research and insights engagements at a time
• Act as a thought partner to junior to senior-level clients, crafting insights and developing actionable and provocative recommendations
• Unlock organic growth through fostering ongoing relationships and repeat clients
• Methodology recommendations and engagement design, content, and questionnaire development
• Manage internal and external project members through the execution of data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Work with and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in support of executing the highest quality work
• Translate data into learnings, integrated visual stories and comprehensive narratives that establish impactful and strategic recommendations
• Establish, support, and build thriving relationships with Jr. to Sr. Level Insights, Marketing, and other cross-functional client Stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and delegate appropriate work to Associates and Sr. Associates (US and India based), and Associate Directors, sharing responsibility for their growth, development, and training roadmaps

• Manage and/or lead multiple research and insights engagements concurrently.
• Act as a thought partner to junior to mid-level clients, educating them about every step of the process and framing insights for actionable recommendations.
• Develop trust and build lasting client relationships with Jr. to Mid-Level Insights and Marketing stakeholders.
• Questionnaire development including content creation from scratch.
• Manage internal and external project members through execution of data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Insight Ops, Marketing, Data Science, Cohorts) to execute high-quality work.
• Translate data into learnings; tell visual stories through data and comprehensive narratives that frame impactful and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee delivery in partnership with a Senior Project Lead/Senior Team member.
