• Lead integrated brand marketing initiatives that bring the Material Bank brand to life across events, experiential activations, creative campaigns, and brand sales marketing efforts.
• Deliver high quality brand expression across both sides of the marketplace, with an emphasis on creative execution, physical brand presence, and cross functional project ownership.
• Work closely with Creative, Events, Brand Sales, and Marketing teams and play a meaningful role in strengthening brand awareness, partner engagement, and marketplace growth.
• Own swag and merchandise programs from sourcing and creative direction through production and logistics for events, gifting programs, and other high visibility brand moments.
• Lead merchandising and prop curation for photoshoots and oversee physical brand touchpoints across print, signage, and experiential activations to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
• Lead marketing creative and execution for major trade events, including signage, print materials, email campaigns, social promotion, and onsite brand presence.
• Partner closely with the Events team to manage timelines, vendor coordination, asset delivery, and onsite execution while creating cohesive experiences that drive engagement and brand awareness.

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered product experiences from concept through production.
• Architect and implement scalable AI systems leveraging LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models, retrieval systems, agent frameworks, and modern data infrastructure.
• Build production-grade multi-agent workflows and orchestration systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, and custom tooling.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines, chunking strategies, and relevance tuning.
• Build multimodal AI workflows that analyze and reason over images, creative assets, and visual datasets using modern multimodal LLMs, embedding models, and specialized tooling such as SAM2/SAM3.

• Evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, accuracy, and creative alignment through testing, iteration, and human-in-the-loop evaluation strategies.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Executive Leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and translate ambiguous ideas into production-ready AI capabilities.
• Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, latency, cost, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and workflows to identify opportunities that create meaningful business and user value.

• Own analytics and the weekly operating rhythm: Lead the weekly performance huddle across both brands and handle ad-hoc analysis across marketing, brand services, and product in Hex, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Own site experimentation end to end: Run ideation, scoping, instrumentation, analysis, and write-up of A/B tests across the funnel, driving both test velocity and win rate.
• Own MarTech signaling and data quality: Manage pixel, CAPI, and server-side tagging across Meta, Google, and Pinterest, plus GTM, OneTrust consent, feed management, and event quality.
• Build with AI-native tooling: Use Claude, Cursor, and Codex to scaffold internal dashboards and lightweight apps that replace heavier vendor tools.
