About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive outbound growth of the A&D member base through LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach
Lead the demo-to-activation motion, running virtual platform demos and onboarding sessions that shorten time-to-first-order
Reactivate lapsed members and grow the prospective pipeline through consistent, personalized digital touchpoints
Extend the field team's reach virtually, picking up and nurturing leads from events, firm visits, and brand rep trainings so no opportunity goes cold after the in-person moment ends
Own field performance reporting, consolidating activity and results across visits, events, demos, trainings, and gifting into dashboards leadership can trust — measured by accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Fuel new growth-audience registrations and orders as a direct outcome of your outreach and activation work

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in field marketing, inside sales, business development, digital engagement, or community management
Experience in or strong familiarity with the architecture, interior design, or building materials industry
A demonstrated ability to get responses from LinkedIn and outbound outreach, not just send volume
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with genuine comfort on camera and in live virtual presentations
A working style built around discipline and self-motivation: someone who manages a large pipeline and a real reporting workload at the same time without letting either slip
Comfort building trust and connection with people you may never meet in person, and with operating cross-functionally alongside a field team whose activity you're also responsible for tracking
Based in Chicago or the Southwest, with the flexibility to travel roughly 20% of the time for field events and key engagements
