About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and operate production grade AI agents
- Lead development of scalable AI and data services
- Serve as internal expert on Snowflake Cortex
- Apply modern agent architecture patterns to build reliable and cost efficient AI systems
- Partner with Analytics & Insights team to design and maintain semantic layers
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and models using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow
- Collaborate across teams to translate ambiguous business problems into designed AI and data solutions
- Establish engineering standards for agentic systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of modern agent development patterns including RAG, vector search, prompt engineering
- Deep expertise in Snowflake including performance optimization and scalable data modeling approaches
- Production experience with dbt and Airflow
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Solid experience working within AWS environments including services such as S3, IAM, Lambda
- Hands on experience using AI powered engineering tools such as Claude Code
- Excitement about specializing in Snowflake Cortex and helping define AI platform strategy
