About the role

You proactively reach out to people who are considering a career change — via telephone and email.
You conduct initial conversations, identify needs, and generate interest in our training programs.
You present suitable training options and explain funding opportunities clearly and in a friendly manner.
You schedule consultation appointments with our sales team and maintain contact with potential participants.
You accurately document your conversations in our CRM system.

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) — your field of study does not matter.
You are highly organized and known for your structured way of working.
You enjoy working independently and can quickly adapt to a new environment.
You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people — including on the phone.
Your German language skills are at native level.
Confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) and experience with HubSpot are an advantage.
