Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to the leaders in actuary, quantitative and risk, among other business units, delivering consultative guidance on hiring needs, market trends, and sourcing strategies
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, job posting optimization, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure job descriptions reflect current market language and expectations
Facilitate client engagement meetings to align on recruitment strategy, timelines, and candidate profiles
Represent MassMutual at recruiting events and career fairs as needed
Collaborate with Compensation and HR partners to ensure alignment on job leveling, salary ranges, and offer strategy
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices across the TA team
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
6+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates to deliver niche skill sets and a diverse talent pool
3+ years of experience in actuarial recruiting
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and CRM tools
Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with employment law and compliance in a regulated environment
