Lead session schedule creation and study recruitment efforts for WHOOP Labs and contribute to the strategic vision for participation in studies at WHOOP Labs
Own the execution of strategic recruitment initiatives that you create, collaborating with the research execution team to champion participant needs and ensure study experiences are accessible and exciting for potential recruits
Recruit and schedule a high volume of research participants for in-lab and field studies, paying careful attention to the demographic distribution requirements for each study and employing creative approaches to fill gaps as needed
Establish yourself as a strong voice for research participants and Lab practices, and build awareness throughout the organization for recruitment efforts/needs
Conduct regular research with existing participants and new groups to identify opportunities to improve participant experiences
Oversee participant communications and compensation across the Research Operations team
Report progress regularly and present findings to department heads
Support budget planning and allocation for incentives and other recruitment spending
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
2-4 years of experience with research operations, study management, or a related field
Prior management of a customer/user/participant panel a plus
Working knowledge of data management systems including Excel
Interested in connecting with new people and organizations, and willing to lead cold outreach to support recruitment efforts
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, and help other team members prioritize related asks
Currently located in the Greater Boston area
