Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including in house full-cycle recruiting
- 3+ years in a strategic or lead recruiting role, preferably supporting senior leadership and hiring across enterprise-wide functions
- Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improve recruiting outcomes
- Working in Consumer Package Goods or Manufacturing led organizations a plus
- Experience working with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, PowerBI, MS Co-Pilot and AI-driven sourcing platforms
