Monitor competitive landscape and regional market trends to inform strategic recommendations for each business unit

Ensure seamless execution of deployments, marketing campaigns, and product launches

Requirements
Minimum 9+ years of progressive sales and key account management experience
Proven track record managing national retail chains in grocery and convenience store channels
Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share with major accounts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Experience with SAP/BI systems and Customer Portfolio Management platforms
Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting tools like Salesforce
Self-motivated with ability to work independently across multiple time zones and manage complex, multi-regional priorities
Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, including international travel to European business units
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
