About the role

  • Develop New Business
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate communication with key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts
  • Conduct reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

  • 5 years sales experience
  • Experience in a technology field -- IP, data, or video
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivator
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive sales market
  • Knowledge of Cisco, HPE-Aruba products
  • Extreme Knowledge of educational procurement and SLED programs
