About the role
- Manage the development and implementation of business plans for product lines
- Drive new product development and lead product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Own development of comprehensive cases and guide new product introductions from concept to launch
- Monitor product performance against volume, market share, and profit goals and optimize strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver go-to-market strategies, product launches, and positioning for targeted customer segments
- Contribute to portfolio strategy including positioning, pricing, features, and services while ensuring operational readiness
- Provide competitive intelligence and participate in customer visits, trade shows, and forums
- Collaborate across functions to shape the future of products and deliver impact to customers and business
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including product management and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Strong technical, analytical, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (employment eligibility verification / E-Verify)
