Requirements
2-3 years of direct and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena (Industry or life sciences consulting)
Progressively more experience required for Consultant and Senior Consultant
Ability to work in a highly fluid, interactive, demanding, matrixed client environment and build strong, successful business partnerships
Depending on role fit (Senior Analyst, Associate Consultant, Consultant or Senior Consultant), progressively broader and deeper understanding of, and direct experience with, relevant healthcare market dynamics across a range of therapy areas
Strong critical thinking skills
Solid knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan) as well as familiarity with patient, physician, and payer relationships
Experience working with commercial leaders in New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, and/or sales functions
