Manage a variety of business activities and administrative tasks for the Operations team
Responsible for managing the licensing process as well as carrier relations
Handle submission of appointment paperwork, review of carrier contracts, analysis of carrier contingencies, and integration of newly acquired companies
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
Requirements
Prior experience in insurance licensing, carrier relations, or contract management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail, as well as strong demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Proven ability to resolve issues and present results clearly and precisely in both oral and written communication
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects amidst competing deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or other related fields (a plus but not required)
