Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Consulting to develop and execute strategies to help mid-market clients control health care costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through analytic-based state of the art innovations
Consult with self-funded employers and support the development and growth of clinical consulting capabilities
Perform project-defined healthcare data analysis, strategic analysis and clinical consulting from a clinical and population health perspective
Participate in initiatives related to the PATH team
Present recommended strategies and influence stakeholders
Travel to client sites approximately 20% based on client need
Requirements
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a health care consulting or brokerage environment, health insurance carrier or a provider system
RN, BSN with documented clinical experience
Ability to present recommended strategies with an ability to influence across various levels of the stakeholders
Strong knowledge of the dynamics of group health benefits design
Demonstrated applied work experience combining healthcare and business knowledge to population health management, occupational health & safety management and/or healthcare quality and operations management
Travel requirements: Approximately 20% based on client need
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
MBA, MPH or MHA is highly desirable (preferred)
Employee benefits consulting experience is preferable (preferred)
