About the role

  • Single-threaded owner for national health-systems rollout: customer-facing, hands-on, outcome-obsessed.
  • Engineer the rollout end-to-end: site readiness → install/commissioning → cutover → stabilization.
  • Run executive forums with hospital leadership; present options, risks, and clear calls.
  • Integrate for impact with hospital IT (EHR/HL7/FHIR/SSO) and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Drive adoption with clinical and operations leaders to surface value in metrics.
  • Publish a one-page weekly status and value dashboards as the source of truth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large, multi-site Professional Services in healthcare environments.
  • IC at director level; personally owned a systemwide or regional rollout.
  • Hospital savvy (CNO/COO/CIO, Facilities/BIOMED) and integration fluency (Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR/SSO).
  • Commercial & financial acumen (SOWs, change orders, PS margin, ROI/NPV/payback).
  • Tooling comfort: Smartsheet/MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Salesforce/PSA; BI a plus.
