About the role
- Assist in the development of the Private Client Insurance department
- Provide prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to clients, producers and carriers
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Communicate with clients in a clear and concise fashion
- Identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members and carrier partners for best practice sharing
- Understand the holistic personal lines model and cross sell lines appropriately to mitigate client risks
- Desire for continuous learning to keep ahead of industry trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
- Be a self-starter and problem solver
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty License (required within 3 months of hire)
- CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
