About the role
- Provide compliance and regulatory services to McGriff teammates
- Areas of responsibility may include carrier/intermediary approval and contracting, broker service agreements (fee agreements), outside producer agreements, business associate agreements (BAAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), carrier appointments, and other compliance and market conduct matters
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build internal relationships and problem solve accordingly
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze complex compliance issues, evaluate risks, and develop effective solutions
- Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory documents and agreements
- Ability to work autonomously
