About the role
- Responsible for growing Antech’s customer utilization of the full portfolio (AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables, and innovative reference lab products).
- Provides excellent support to Antech’s current customers and will be aligned with an assigned region.
- Identifies hospitals ready to grow with Antech and determines the right tactics to realize growth among these clients.
- Works in tight partnership with the Diagnostic Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to ensure collaboration on growth initiatives and customer concerns.
- Monitors customer retention list on a monthly basis and territory growth goals to identify opportunities for growth or areas of attrition risk.
- Informs customers about Antech’s innovation efforts and new products and programs to grow customer utilization of products.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the entire Antech product and service portfolio.
- Conducts research prior to site visits to obtain information and insight to anticipate issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field) or on-the-job experience in sales in a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
- 2+ years previous sales or customer service experience in a professional service industry (preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, etc.) is required.
- Knowledge of Diagnostic services is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, and synthesize them into an actionable plan using assigned CRM.
