Develop the framework and act as Centre of Excellence for Sales cluster execution teams to ensure effective Sales call plans, Sales routes, processes and managed systems
Ensure Sales systems are fit for purpose, maximise ROI, run effectively and provide user-friendly applications for daily business
Act as Subject Matter Expert and key point of contact for the business regarding Sales systems and processes
Partner with the regional Sales Effectiveness Manager, Mars IS and external 3rd parties for system development and implementation
Be a key user for Salesforce CRM (or other sales CRM systems)
Lead adoption of new tech solutions to drive efficiency through automation and AI and oversee implementation from pilot to hypercare
Provide inputs for call plan improvement and track sales effectiveness (ROI)
Support optimal route and coverage and maximise sales team effectiveness through standardised frameworks
Requirements
Previous experience in a Field related role
Experience in execution and proven record of driving performance through monitoring and measuring work
Good understanding of tech tools
Business / Economics / Sales education or experience
Excellent English skills
One extra European language is a plus
Experience as a key user of Salesforce CRM or other sales CRM systems
Ability to lead adoption of new tech solutions, automation and AI and oversee implementations
Experience partnering with regional Sales Effectiveness, IT (Mars IS) or external 3rd parties
