About the role
- Design & Own Sales Onboarding Programs
- Develop structured onboarding journeys for Business Development Specialists, Account Executives, tailored to Enterprise, SMB, and Reseller segments.
- Define learning objectives, timelines, and milestones to ensure a smooth and effective ramp-up.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics: scheduling cohorts, organizing sessions, managing invites, and tracking participation.
- Professionalize & Maintain Sales Playbooks
- Refine and continuously promote role-specific playbooks that capture best practices, messaging, and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to integrate up-to-date product insights.
- Drive Sales Process & Tool Mastery
- Take functional ownership of key enablement topics such as sales process, methodology, and CRM usage.
- Support rollout and adoption of new tools and leverage AI-driven insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations roles within a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or technology sales).
- Experience designing or managing onboarding programs for customer-facing teams.
- Solid understanding of modern sales processes, methods and tools (CRM, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, or similar). Hands-on sales experience will be a great skill to have for understanding what sales experts need to excel.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills - ability to engage audiences from junior or experienced new joiners, existing sellers to seasoned enterprise sellers.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
