About the role

  • Proactively contact potential customers by phone and through digital channels.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and support during contract negotiations.
  • Document all activities in the CRM system.
  • Analyze relevant sales KPIs.
  • Support forecasting, budget planning and the further development of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in a business-related field.
  • Initial experience in Inside Sales, TeleSales or customer service is required.
  • Good to very good English skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and with MS Office.
