About the role
- Proactively contact potential customers by phone and through digital channels.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and support during contract negotiations.
- Document all activities in the CRM system.
- Analyze relevant sales KPIs.
- Support forecasting, budget planning and the further development of sales processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in a business-related field.
- Initial experience in Inside Sales, TeleSales or customer service is required.
- Good to very good English skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and with MS Office.
