About the role

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of sales-related master data across systems and documents
  • Prepare listing data for product launches in close coordination with Key Account Managers
  • Enter and manage listing information in customer-specific tools and platforms (e.g., Markant)
  • Support the preparation and distribution of sales reports and performance dashboards
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external sales partners to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment
  • Proactively manage and improve data accuracy, structure, and consistency across the organization

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a university degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a data-driven sales support or operations role
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with Power BI and Markant is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Experience working with ERP or PIM systems (SAP experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
