Brand Manager

• You are responsible for evolving the brand strategy and continuously refining the brand positioning and identity of our brands.
• You plan and design communication initiatives and implement them across channels.
• With a strong sense for trends, you develop innovative concepts together with the product team that have the potential to revolutionize the market.
• You manage external agencies and independently drive marketing activities operationally — from briefing through to final execution.
• You ensure consistent communication across all external and internal channels.
• You work closely with Distribution and have a good eye for attractive POS designs and activations.
• Close collaboration and exchange with Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce.

Manager

• Manage and coordinate external agencies for retail execution and installation
• Oversee inventory and demand planning for furniture, display units, and merchandising components
• Strategic Buying of Merchandising Services and our Furnitures including all inserts and spare parts
• Plan and execute new store openings, re-openings, and closures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Create, implement, and optimize planograms and retail displays in partnership with Retail Marketing and Category Management
• Handle end-to-end coordination of large-scale rollouts and seasonal updates across POS locations
• Manage direct communication with retail customers on merchandising needs and rollouts
• Lead the development of new retail fixtures and improve existing ones with a focus on cost-efficiency and category performance
• Ensure all retail merchandising projects are delivered on time and within budget, including detailed planning and budget tracking
• Support the implementation of a category-focused approach at POS to increase sell-out and brand visibility

Junior Retail Merchandising Manager

Account Manager

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the development of influencer marketing and selected brand partnerships.
• Independent planning and operational coordination (including alignment with creators, product shipping, scheduling, briefings and asset management) as well as campaign tracking – from concept to reporting.
• Analysis and evaluation of performance data, including regular manual preparation, maintenance and ownership of relevant KPIs and reports.
• Deriving optimization measures to continuously evolve the influencer strategy.
• Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand, E‑commerce and Performance Marketing teams.
• Management of sensitive data and internal reporting with a high degree of accuracy and responsibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators, agencies and cooperation partners.
• Improving processes, structures and workflows within the influencer area.
• Contributing to the future growth and development of the influencer team, including providing professional support to a Junior Influencer Coordinator.
