About the role

  • Partner with a cross functional team and manage one of our global strategic accounts.
  • Provide exceptional client service, uncover revenue generating opportunities and workable solutions to customers.
  • Persistently explore and uncover the business needs of customers to understand how product offerings can grow their business.
  • Model, plan, and monitor a path to growth based on the right data.
  • Support cross-functional efforts and connect people and ideas to drive innovation.
  • Chart a path to ambitious growth targets and hit them.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans and lead business reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing models and renewals.
  • Lead presentations, panel presentations, and act as a trusted partner leading with insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management with a minimum of 5 years Global Enterprise AM experience.
  • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic accounts and building multi stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments.
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization.
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to lead team independently.
  • Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Hands on experience in negotiating contracts, pricing models and renewals.
  • Proven track record of cross selling and upselling and ability to identify new revenue streams based on customer needs.
  • Experience leading business reviews and using data driven strategies to make informed decisions.
  • Nice-To-Haves: Card Issuing and Processing experience, BNPL or Expense Management, Supplier Payments.
  • Role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States or from our Oakland office.
