Lead comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
Develop and update sales training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and virtually.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Stay up to date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant
Requirements
Established background with related work experience in a sales environment (Learning Development, Sales Enablement, Inside/Outside Sales) with in-depth knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure.
Certification or proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role preferred.
