Understand and execute the full sales cycle with an assigned book of business which could include new and/or dormant customers.
Understand and execute the lead management process to include lead generation, scheduled meetings, account optimization, follow up and hand offs through continued support.
Utilize and learn new technology to provide explanations and solutions to customers
Daily tasks include outreach, introduction calls, presentations, and basic problem solving.
Achieve monthly/quarterly assigned quotas by tracking progress and performance.
Effectively communicate with customers and provide sales support to close deals.
Participate in regular 1:1’s with manager to review business and performance results.
Adopt and master company sales processes to ensure consistent quota attainment.
Prepare for engagement with customers through industry, company, and product research.
Accurately maintain CRM data points to enable data driven strategic plans and to surface valuable customer insights.
Exhibit professionalism through continued learning, organization, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Successful track record in previous sales roles; B2B and/or direct sales experience preferred
Computer literate and familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Tools, CRM’s; familiarity with Asana preferred
Demonstrate verbal and written skills that effectively communicate with customers via phone, virtual, email, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Motivated to learn to handle high pressure situations, objections, and concerns when working with customers.
Individual who consistently demonstrates confidence, ambition, adaptability, and resilience in tasks and engagements with others.
Ability to execute proven processes and analyze data to make informed decisions, find creative solutions, and solve problems.
Able to manage time in a structured and organized way to ensure deadlines are met and quotas are obtained.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to work collaboratively with teams across the organization
Sales Degree / Sales Certifications are a bonus
Familiarity with reporting and sales analytics is preferred but not required
