Participate in a rotational program across Investments and Trading teams.
Gain hands-on knowledge and exposure to trade reconciliation, trade execution, and portfolio management.
Work with teams on daily tasks and special projects.
Observe traders and portfolio managers to learn trade management and execution.
Contribute ideas during team discussions to improve processes and workflows.
Support portfolio management activities including account maintenance and cash management processes.
Assist with model analysis, data entry, and troubleshooting system issues.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and trading initiatives.
Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date within 12 months of the start of the internship (internship starts in May 2026).
Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extra-curricular activities.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship needs.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable contributing ideas in group settings.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple, relatable way.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about financial markets and investment portfolios.
Preferred: Pursuing a degree in Wealth Management, Investments, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred: Interest in pursuing a career in Investment Management and/or Trading.
