Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (organic and paid) across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Plan and manage the social content calendar for MARCHON’s main, Training & Gyms pages in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
Manage the Creator and Affiliate Programs: recruit affiliates, manage relationships, provide assets, brief content, and track performance to drive revenue
Create UGC-style content for TikTok and Instagram when needed
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep the brand relevant
Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and user-generated content in a timely and brand-appropriate tone
Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency
Proven ability to grow and engage a social following organically
Strong knowledge of key social platforms, algorithms, best practices, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Proficient in social media scheduling & analytics
Confidence in creating and editing UGC content
Strong understanding of the fitness industry
Data-savvy with experience analysing metrics and using insights to guide content strategy
Strong understanding of brand tone, audience targeting, and trend-based marketing
Nice to have: Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks)
Nice to have: Basic photography or video editing skills
